Application for registration for participation should be sent to the conferences secretariat by filling in the attached form either by e-mail, fax or by surface mail within end January 15^th, 2009. All payments should be made by Feb. 15^th, 2009 in favor of SCAEF, Nepal.

Hotel Accommodation:

We have prepared the following hotel accommodation with special rates for the conference participators with hotel yak & yeti, which is also the conference venue. The number of rooms for this package is limited and will be offered on the first come first services basic until February 15^th, 2009. March is being the tourist season; the hotel accommodation in Katmandu will be very tight. Advance booking is advised. For the conference hotel room tariff refer the registration form.
