Consulting professionals and authorities from TCDPAP and FIDIC/ ASPAC
countries are requested for papers in the appropriate sub-themes and
invited to forward the abstracts not exceeding 500 words in length by 15th
December 2008. The organizers would appreciate if the interested
participants could send their expression of interest for presenting the paper
with the title of the paper and other personal details by 30th October 2008.
The full text of the papers is requested to be made available by 15th
January 2009 in a prescribed format for inclusion in the conference preprints
and proceedings, and for distribution during the conference.
